Refund Policy – Plane To Paradise
At Plane To Paradise, we operate as an independent
IATAN-accredited travel agency. We work with licensed and authorized
airline consolidators and travel suppliers. All flight bookings made through our platform
are subject to the following refund terms:
1. General Policy
- All airline ticket sales made through Plane To Paradise are considered final once the ticket has been issued.
- Refund eligibility is governed solely by the fare rules and policies of the airline that issued the ticket.
- Plane To Paradise does not guarantee refunds unless the airline explicitly authorizes them.
2. Airline Tickets
- Most airline tickets—especially Basic Economy and other discounted fares—are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refunds are only permitted if allowed under the specific fare rules purchased and may be subject to airline penalties, service fees, and fare differences.
- No-show tickets (failure to board or check in) are strictly non-refundable.
- For refundable fares, processing times typically range from 7–21 business days after airline approval.
3. Service Fees & Agency Charges
- Plane To Paradise charges a non-refundable service fee for all flight bookings. This fee is not refunded under any circumstances—even if the airline approves a refund.
- Administrative or processing fees may apply for handling cancellations, changes, or refund submissions.
4. Supplier-Initiated Changes (Airline Cancellations)
If an airline cancels, significantly changes, or delays a flight, refund or credit decisions are made solely by the airline.
Plane To Paradise will assist in submitting requests but holds no liability for airline decisions or timelines.
5. Processing & Timelines
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Plane To Paradise.
- Airline-approved refunds may take 7–21 business days depending on the carrier’s processing time.
- All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Visa denial or passport/document issues.
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes (airline responsibility).
- No-shows or late arrival at the airport.
- Partially used tickets.
- Non-refundable service fees, booking fees, or administrative charges.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a violation of this policy.
Plane To Paradise reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing booking records,
call logs, and proof of customer authorization.
8. Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a flight booking with Plane To Paradise, customers acknowledge and accept this
strict refund policy. Travelers are responsible for reviewing all fare rules,
terms, and conditions before purchase.
