How Fees Are Determined

Ticketing fees vary based on the itinerary, airline, fare rules, and supplier conditions.
Fees are disclosed clearly before you confirm payment — you always see the total price upfront.
Airline base fares, taxes, and carrier-imposed fees are separate from our service fee.
Ticketing fees are not refundable once a ticket has been issued unless refund terms allow it under the airline’s fare rules.

When you pay a ticketing fee to Plane To Paradise™, you benefit from:

Assistance with fare rule explanations and itinerary options
Support with post-booking requests such as changes or cancellations (subject to airline policies)
Access to airline inventory sourced through authorized consolidators

Payment & Ticket Issuance

Once you confirm your booking and complete payment, your ticket is issued by an authorized airline or a licensed ARC/IATA travel supplier in our network.

Your official e-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you and will include a valid airline reservation (PNR) that can be verified directly with the airline.

Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Your ticket’s fare rules and refund eligibility are governed exclusively by the airline that operates your flight.
Ticketing fees are generally non-refundable after ticket issuance.
Refunds on unused airfare are processed according to the airline’s fare conditions.
If the airline permits a refund of the base fare, Plane To Paradise™ will assist in facilitating the process.

No Hidden Charges

We do not apply undisclosed charges or hidden fees.
All applicable taxes, carrier fees, and service charges are shown before you complete your booking.
You will always see the total cost before final payment.
